Receipts
You can generate a receipt with a registration number on the order completion page.
A receipt will also be attached to the order confirmation email.
The recipient's name and any additional notes can be modified in the receipt generation section.
Product Delivery Timing
We will ship products within 5 to 7 business days after payment is completed (excluding weekends and holidays).
*If different details are listed in the product description, those take precedence.
*Excludes New Year's holidays and long holiday periods.
*Our holidays are Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and other periods notified on the site.
*Please note that we cannot combine separate orders for shipment.
Change of Delivery Address
You may change the delivery address for your order if the shipment has not yet been dispatched.
However, please note that even before receiving the shipping notification email, changes may no longer be possible due to our shipping system. In such cases, you will need to contact the shipping company directly using the tracking number provided in the shipping notification.
Please note that any additional costs incurred due to forwarding will be your responsibility.

Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations

Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Please check the condition of your product and confirm there are no discrepancies with your order immediately upon receipt.
Slight differences (1-2cm) may occur in measurements for certain products (e.g., knit or stretch materials). Damages to packaging or shoe boxes are not valid reasons for return or exchange.
While we exercise strict quality control, standards may vary depending on the manufacturing process. We accept returns/exchanges for obvious damages or defects but may not accept returns/exchanges for issues that do not meet our standards for damage or defects.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for damage, defects, or incorrect items upon delivery. Please notify us at shop@vaultroom.jp within 5 days of receiving your order, and return the product within the same period. We will exchange the product once the returned item is received and verified.
For returns due to product defects, please ship with postage due.
Shipping fees paid in advance will not be refunded.
If the product is out of stock and cannot be exchanged, we will issue a refund.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason after 5 days of receiving the product, even if unopened.
If returned after 5 days, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. -
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products Upon Delivery:
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products upon delivery.
If we do not receive a response within 3 days after the storage period of the shipping company ends, your order will be considered canceled. In such cases, we will refund the product amount minus a 1,000 yen cancellation fee + 30% of the product price + shipping fees.
Please note that failure to respond to notifications may result in restrictions on future purchases from our site.
Unauthorized Purchases
Orders suspected of being placed for resale or fraudulent purposes may be canceled without notice. Please be aware that customers involved in such cases may be prohibited from future purchases.
Cancellations
Cancellations will not be accepted once the shipping notification email has been sent. If you cancel before this point, we will charge a 1,000 yen cancellation fee and 30% of the total payment.
