[Cancellation of orders, returns and exchanges of products]
After receiving the product, please immediately check the condition of the product and whether there are any discrepancies with your order.
Depending on the product (knit material, stretchy material, etc.), there may be a slight error (about 1-2 cm) from the measured value in the size chart, and damage to the product bag or shoe box will not be a reason for return. Please note.
We take all possible measures to ensure quality control, but the standards for judging quality vary from place to place due to the processing of products. In the case of obvious damage or defects, we will accept returns or exchanges, but we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges if we do not find obvious damage or defects according to our standards.
We will accept returns and exchanges only in the event of damage, defects, or misdelivery upon arrival of the product.
In that case, please notify shop@vaultroom in advance within 5 days after the product arrives and return it, and only if the relevant product arrives within 5 days, we will respond to the product exchange and refund. (If it is confirmed that the product is returned or exchanged after the product arrives)
Please note that if the product is out of stock and the product cannot be exchanged, we will accept a return.
Please note that even if the product is unopened, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any reason after 5 days have passed since the product arrived.
*Customers will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product if it arrives after the 6th.
*After receiving the damaged or defective product at the customer's discretion, if it is determined that it is not, we will bear the shipping fee for returning it to the customer.
All of the following conditions must be met for the above returns or exchanges.
(1) The product for which the return or exchange is desired has not been used. (If the product tag is not attached, it will not be recognized as unused.)
(2) Please return the product's accessories, attachments, invoices, etc. in the same condition as when they were delivered.
(3) Other matters specified by our company.
Even within 5 days, we cannot accept returns (refunds) or exchanges for products that fall under the following categories.
(1) Products that have been used even once (2) Products that have been soiled or damaged due to customer negligence (3) Products that have been processed, repaired or cleaned by the customer (4) If the product package, etc. is defaced, damaged, lost, or destroyed Due to the characteristics of browsing on a personal computer or mobile device, the color of the product image may differ slightly from the actual product depending on the viewing environment of the user. Please note that we do not treat the color of the image as a defect of our company.
Cancellations cannot be accepted once the shipping notification email has been sent.
If an order is canceled after the transaction has been completed due to the customer's circumstances (size does not fit, order is wrong, different from image, etc.) , the following cancellation handling fee and cancellation fee will be charged only for pre-shipment products.

After shipment, if we are unable to deliver due to absence or unknown address, we will notify you by email. If the delivery company's storage period expires without a reply, and there is no contact for 3 days after that, we will refund the amount after deducting the cancellation handling fee of 1000 yen + 30% of the product price + shipping fee and cancel it. .
